RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ALLEN MEMORIAL
HOSPITAL CORP. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 8 , 1987 , to serve as City' s
designated health care provider for pre-employment physicals and
treatment of work related injuries and illnesses, by and between
Allen Memorial Hospital Corp. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1987 .
