s „- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated September 8 , 1987 , for Appraisal services
for advanced acquisition in conjunction with Sixth Street
Extension, IX-6604( 2) --79-07 , by and between John Wagner of Trapp
Associates Realtors of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
se-PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1987 .
