RESOLUTION DEDICATING A PORTION OF WEST FOURTH STREET
FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following legally described real property be and
the same is hereby dedicated for public utility easement purposes:
That part of West Fourth Street lying westerly of the
westerly right of way line of Hoff Road and northeasterly of
a line 50 feet northeasterly of the centerline of Skyline
Drive, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1987 .
