O HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7: 00 p.m. on the 12th day of October, 1987, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a
portion of Bluff Street lying between West 7th and West 8th
Streets as public right-of-way owned by the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and legally described as follows:
That portion of Bluff Street lying between the easterly
right-of-way line of West 7th Street and the westerly
right-of-way line of West 8th Street in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987.
