TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 12th day of October, 1987 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a
portion of West 12th Street lying between Black Hawk Street and
the Cedar River flood levee as public right-of-way owned by the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and legally described as follows:
That portion of West 12th Street lying northwesterly of Lot
5 , Block 64, Anthony Bakers Addition in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, and State of Iowa between Black Hawk
Street and the Cedar River.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987 .
