BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7: 00 p.m. on the 5th day of October, 1987, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and
convey a portion of an alley between Gladys and James Streets,
south of Paper Mill Street owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
James L. "Pat" and Ramond E. Rooff, and legally described as
follows:
sEThe North-South alley adjoining Lots 20-37 of Rooff ' s
Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.

Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987 .
