RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF MIKE DERIFIELD TO REZONE FROM

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 12th day of October, 1987 , for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Mike Derifield to rezone from "C-1" Commercial District to "C-Z"
Conditional Zoning a parcel of land generally located on the south
side of Lafayette Street between Colorado and Indiana Streets and
legally described as follows:
• Lots 1 and 2 , Block 1, Cotton' s Addition, Waterloo, Iowa,
• cexcept beginning at the SW corner of Lot 1; thence North 90 '
: along the E. line of Lot 1 ; thence Swly to a point on the E.
• ' line of Lot 2 that is 64 . 8 ' N. of the SE corner of Lot 2;
s c thence Swly to a point 36 ' West and 40 ' N. of the SE cornerof Lot 2; thence West to a point 40 ' North of the
beginning, thence S. to point of
point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987.
