WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of October, 1987, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
LaVerne Droste to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning a parcel of land generally
located on the south side of Joder Avenue and east of Cleveland
Street and legally described as follows:
Lots 14, 15 and 16 of Block 34 , Hagerman Place, plus the
alley adjoining said lots, in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987 .
