BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of October, 1987, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey real
property located along Black Hawk Street in Huntington Road
Addition owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to William F.
Mclntee, and legally described as follows:
A part of Lot 10 in Huntington Park in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 10 , Huntington Park,
thence easterly along the north line of said Lot to the
northeast corner Lot 10, thence southwesterly along the
easterly line of said Lot to the southeast corner, thence
northwesterly to point of beginning.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987.
