H ~' RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR LAND SURVEY SERVICES
WITH BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Land Survey Services dated September 21 ,
1987 , for Ansborough Avenue South, IX-6615 ( 3 ) --79-07 , by and
between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987.
