c� 0 `s RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO ( 2 ) LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH
-+ DISPLAY, INC. OUTDOOR ADVERTISING AND DIRECTING
° EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreements dated September 21, 1987, for utilization of
City-owned land for billboards located at 84 West llth Street and
201 East llth Street, by and between Display, Inc. Outdoor
Advertising of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987 .
