RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 87-F-030 WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 21 , 1987 , for Right-of-Way
Acquisition for grading, drainage, and paving improvements on
Ridgeway Avenue from U.S. Highway 63 to Ansborough Avenue,
IX-6500( 4 ) --79-07, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987.
