p TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, CONTRACT NO. 337.
WHEREAS, the City
y Council previously instructed the
�0 Transportation Program Manager to prepare and file specifications,
‘ form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost etc. , for the
4-1 [ construction of the Petroleum Overcharge Funds Grant, U.S. 218
(University Avenue) Traffic Control System, Contract No. 337, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
; - WHEREAS, the Transportation Program Manager has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
_ costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
` WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
.`: preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987 .
