N .. E- OVERCHARGE FUNDS GRANT, U.S. 218 (UNIVERSITY AVENUE)
TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, CONTRACT NO. 337.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Transportation Program Manager to prepare and file specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost etc. , for the
construction of the Petroleum Overcharge Funds Grant, U.S. 218
(University Avenue) Traffic Control System, Contract No. 337 , in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Program Manger has filed said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
2 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1987 .
