o . WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
theretofore instructed the City Engineer of said Cityr toth preptare
co proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. ,

n Iowa, known as Contract No. 337 , and

WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Petroleum
Overcharge Funds Grant, POC-8155( 1) , known as Contract No. 337 ,
which were preliminarily approved on September 21 , 1987 , and
Pam, WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September
�_28, 1987 , and no objections were made,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications , proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Petroleum Overcharge Funds
Grant , POC-8155 ( 1) , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, no as filed.
