RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH JERRY WEEKLEY,
DBA J & L AUTO SALVAGE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the One Year Lease Agreement dated September 28 , 1987 , for
City-owned property legally described as follows:
Lots 3-12 , inclusive, Lots 32-44, inclusive, and Lots 47 and
48 , Block 55 , also the north 450 ft. of the north-south alley
in Block 55 , Riverview Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
by and between Jerry Weekley, dba J & L Auto Salvage of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1987 .
