RESOLUTION APPROVING OFFER TO BUY FROM THE IOWA

SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Offer to Buy dated September 28 , 1987 , for real property
o legally described as follows:
All that part of Lots 20 and 21 of Block 34 , Hagerman Place,
o H .City of Waterloo, Iowa, lying northerly of a line beginning
at a point 16 . 1 ft. northeast of the south corner said Lot 20
� ' on the southeasterly line thereof ; thence to a point 13 . 2 ft.
northwest of the south corner said Lot 20 on the
southwesterly line thereof containing 9894 sq. ft. ;
by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
;- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1987 .
