• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Quit Claim Deed dated September 24 , 1987 from Wayne
and Aniceta Claassen in conjunction with the FY 1988 Independence
Area Sanitary & Storm Sewer Improvements, Contract No. 329 , be and
the same hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be and the same
hereby instructed to record said deed in the office of the Black
Hawk County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1987 .
