y BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Brown Traffic Products of Davenport, Iowa, in
`1 the amount of $24, 975 . 00 , for the construction of the Waterloo,
ry Iowa, Petroleum Overcharge Funds Grant, POC-8155 ( 1 ) , Contract No.
337 , described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted
by this Council for said project, after public hearing on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the lowest bid received for said work.
That the Transportation Department be and the same hereby
instructed to take appropriate action to purchase said equipment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1987 .
