RESOLUTION NO. 2011-665
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO
CONTRACT NO. 08 -DRB -205 WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (IDED) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 08 -DRB -205, dated July 11,
2011, for Community Development Block Grant Business Disaster
Recovery Programs, be amended by changing program requirements by
increasing several of the programs' maximum award amounts, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
