0 ' OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 337 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of K & W Electric, Inc, of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the Petroleum Overcharge Funds Grant, POC-8155( 1) , U.S. 218
(University Avenue) Traffic Control System in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor and the Deputy Clerk/Auditor as of the 12th day of
October, 1987, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Co. (Mutual) of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 1987 .
