t ;, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 12 , 1987, for Construction
Engineering Services for the Petroleum Overcharge Funds Grant,
POC-8155 ( 1) , by and between Brice, Petrides-•Donohue Co. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 1987.
