RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF TOWER
‹ , PARK WITH LOCKARD DEVELOPMENT, INC. AND FAYE D. MARTIN
J '. ANDERSON AND HOPE MARTIN ANDERSON AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 12, 1987, for development of
Tower Park generally located on the southwest corner of the
intersection of Kimball Avenue and San Marnan Drive, by and
between Lockard Development, Inc. and Faye D. Martin Anderson and
Hope Martin Anderson of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 1987.
