That the bid of Keith J. Westercamp of Appraisal Services Co.
of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Carlson, Harris, McClure and McWilliams,
Inc. of Des Moines , Iowa, for Ansborough Avenue

the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the said services.
