M4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the bid of Dilley Excavating of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
demolition of 1700 Falls Avenue, 717 Wellington and 3201 West 4th
Street in Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby accepted, the same
being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute agreement
with the said contractor for the demolition and site clearance of
said improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1987 .
