RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC SAFETY/GOVERNOR' S TRAFFIC SAFETY BUREAU AND
DPS/GOVERNOR' S TRAFFIC SAFETY BUREAU AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY POLICE CHIEF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated October 19 , 1987 , for enhancement of
traffic safety and enforcement on Washington Street/University
Avenue, by and between the Iowa Department of Public
Safety/Governor ' s Traffic Safety Bureau and DPS/Governor' s Traffic
Safety Bureau and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Police Chief authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1987.
