WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of cancelling special assessments for sewage disposal and
garbage levied against properties owned by the Iowa Department of
Transportation in conjunction with the U.S. 218 Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following assessments and
penalties be and the same hereby cancelled and that the
Clerk/Auditor be and he is hereby directed to notify the County
Treasurer of said cancellations:
