RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH TWIN CITY CORPORATION
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated October 26 , 1987 , for Environmental
Testing of Phillip' s 66 Service Station, 3201 West 4th Street in
conjunction with Ansborough Avenue, IX-6615 ( 3 ) --79-07 , by and
between Twin City Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1987 .
