RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO DARRYL GREEN OF

r„ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Darryl Green of Waterloo, Iowa, for appraisal
services for 1119 , 1029 , 1115 , 1019 , 1109 , 821, 1141 and 629
Ansborough Avenue, in conjunction with Ansborough Avenue,
EACIX-6615 ( 5 ) --8E-07 , described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
hearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1987 .
