RESOLUTION APPROVING WASTE WATER TREATMENT AGREEMENT

C. O TROSTEL & SONS CO. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
1 AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Waste Water Treatment Agreement dated October 26 , 1987 ,
by and between Eagle Ottawa Leather Co. , a division of Albert
Trostel & Sons Co. , a Wisconsin corporation of Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1987.
