WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 9th. day of November, 1987 , for
the purpose of considering a site plan for relocation of the
Jefferson House Restaurant to the northwest corner of the
intersection of Reber and Fletcher Avenues ( zoned "S-1" , Shopping
Center District) ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1987.
