RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION
COSTS ON FY 1986 EAST ORANGE ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT,
BRM-6460( 1) --8N-07 , CONTRACT NO. 274 .
WHEREAS, on November 9 , 1987 , at 7: 00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of Waterloo
concerning FY 1986 East Orange Road Road Bridge Replacement,
BRM-6460 ( 1 ) --8N-07 , Contract No. 274 , and
WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed construction
of that project,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City may proceed to the letting and awarding of this
contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 1987.
