' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c-that the Agreement No. 88-R-005 dated November 9 , 1987, for
('Project No. RM-8155 ( 6 ) --9D-07 for RISE funding for Leather
t=Processor Road Project, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 1987 .
