RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
WATERLOO AUTO PARTS, LOCATED AT 1501 GRANDVIEW AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Waterloo Auto Parts, 1501 Grandview Avenue has
proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a
minor site plan amendment to allow construction of a 32 'x66 '
building, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, due to the insignificance of the nature of
said above mentioned minor site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment for
Waterloo Auto Parts to allow construction of a 32 ' x66 ' building,
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1987 , and
approved by the Mayor this 18th day of November, 1987 .
