OF AN ALLEY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN DREXEL AND VERNON

n WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 7th day of December, 1987 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
and convey an alley generally located between Drexel and Vernon
Avenues and behind 902 Campbell Avenue owned by the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to Kevin James and Lori Jane Parker, and legally
described as follows:
The south one ( 1 ) foot of the alley adjoining Lot 16 and the
east one-half ( 1/2 ) of Lot 15 in Block 11 of Woodlawn
Addition in Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1987 .
