-- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 7th day of December, 1987, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
and convey an alley between West 4th Street and West 5th Street
adjacent to 316 West 5th Street owned by the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to James R. Volgarino and Lance M. Fergemann dba Pioneer
Graphic Arts Center, Inc. , and legally described as follows:
• The northeast twenty ( 20 ) feet of the southwest sixty ( 60 )
✓ feet of Lots 8 , 9 , and 10, in Block 17 , Original Plat of
Waterloo West, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.

• Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1987 .
