H RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1986-654 OF THE
-, c) WATERLOO CITY COUNCIL PERTAINING TO A TRUCK EMBARGO ON
H DYSART ROAD.

WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has acknowledged the
completion of the Dysart Road Project Reconstruction
(IX-6691( 1 ) --79-07 ) , and
WHEREAS, on November 17 , 1986 , the Waterloo City Council
adopted Resolution No. 1986-654 prohibiting truck traffic over ten
( 10 ) tons on Dysart Road from Shaulis Road to East Orange Road,
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a prohibition on truck
traffic can now be lifted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Resolution No. 1986-654 , prohibiting
truck traffic over ten ( 10) tons on Dysart Road from Shaulis Road
to Orange Road be and the same hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1987.
