)-+ '1 L1 RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING
s c\J FUND THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX
:HUNDRED DOLLARS ( $376 , 600 . 00 ) TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1987-1988 Fiscal Budget
on April 7, 1987 , allocating $900 , 000 . 00 of Tax Increment
Financing money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of General
Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$376 , 600 . 00 from the Tax Increment Financing Fund to the Debt
Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be instructed
to certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November, 1987.
