t. a. M-6585( 3 ) --81-07 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corp. of Waterloo, Iowa, for
Katoski Drive, M-6585( 3 ) --81-07 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 7th day of December, 1987, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by the American Home Assurance Co. of New York,
New York, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1987 .
