RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR
ADVANCED ACQUISITION WITH AL LITTLE AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Appraisal Services for Advanced Acquisition
dated December 14 , 1987 , for 203 Williston Avenue in conjunction
with Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604 ( 2 ) --79-07 , by and between Al
Little of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
(the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
.the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1987 .
