WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with San Marnan, Phase
T , IX-6498( 2 ) --79-07, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Statement of Completion and Final Acceptance of Work be
and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1987.
