RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 WITH
BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated December 21 , 1987 , for
final design engineering services for Ridgeway Avenue
( IX-6500 ( 3 ) --79-07) , by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, 1987.
