IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 25th day of January, 1988 , for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey real property known as Parcel D which is excess right-of-way in conjunction with Ansborough Avenue (IX-6615 ( 3 ) --79-07 ) owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and legally described as follows: Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 , 9 , 10 and 11, Block 25 in "Hagerman Place" in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, except the West 34 feet in even width thereof. Containing approximately 26, 956 . 5 sq. ft. And a temporary construction easement for: The East 10 feet in even width of the West 44 feet in even width of Lots 5, 6 , 7, 8, 9 , 10 , and 11 , Block 25 in "Hagerman Place" in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Containing approximately 2 ,800 sq. ft. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
