`that the Addendum No. 88-A-033 to Preconstruction Agreement
' 87-3-025 for Relocated U.S. 218--Jefferson Street Agreement dated
January 18 , 1988 , for IX-218-7 ( 80 ) --3P-07 , by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
