RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY TAXES AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following levies be and the same are hereby
cancelled, and

Tax Code Payable Amount Now Due
92-0042-00-009-00-0 1987/88 Property Taxes: $212 . 00( 2 )
Assessments: $545 . 05( 1 )
( 1) Includes all past, present and future installments
( 2) Includes City portion only
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to notify the County Treasurer of the above
described cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1988.
