-im o RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITY AGREEMENT WITH IOWA PUBLIC
,.� SERVICE (GAS) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Utility Agreement dated January 25 , 1988 , for
Independence Avenue ( IX-6600( 1 ) --79-07) , by and between Iowa
Public Service (Gas) of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 1988 .
