Frost, property owners have made application to have the hereafter described real estate annexed to the City of Waterloo, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described real estate, all of which is located in the County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, be and the same is hereby added to and annexed and made a part of the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa: The North Two Hundred Seventeen and Eight Tenths ( 217. 8 ) feet of the East Two Hundred ( 200) feet of the West One-half (W 1/2) of the Northeast One-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-one ( 21 ) , Township Eighty-nine North (T89N) , Range Twelve West (R12W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian ( 5th P.M. ) , Black Hawk County, Iowa; and The West One-half (W 1/2 ) of the Northeast One-quarter (NE 1/4 ) except the North Two Hundred Seventeen and Eight Tenths ( 217. 8 ) feet of the East Two Hundred ( 200 ) feet thereof, in Section Twenty-one ( 21) , Township Eighty-nine North (T89N) , Range Twelve West (R12W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian ( 5th P.M. ) , Black Hawk County, Iowa.
