RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AND BILL OF
SALE WITH MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY OF DES
MOINES, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement and Bill of Sale dated July 11, 2011, for used
equipment at no cost to the city, for compressing natural gas and
injecting into it into vehicles, by and between MidAmerican
Energy Company of Des Moines, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2011.
