RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITY AGREEMENT WITH NORTHWESTERN
BELL AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Utility Agreement dated February 8 , 1988, for
Independence Avenue, IX-6600( 1) --79-07, by and between
Northwestern Bell, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1988 .
