RESOLUTION GRANTING APPLICATION OF VAN BUSKIRK
CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094.
WHEREAS, Van Buskirk Construction Co. is performing work
within the city limits of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in
conjunction with IX-218-7(70)--3P-07 (Relocated U.S. Highway 218 ) ;
and
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and
Saturday from March 1, 1988 to December 1, 1988 for 24 hours a
day.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Van Buskirk Construction Co.
for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise Ordinance be and the
same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1988.
